duplicate calendar notifications

I'm using the Google Calendar as my default calendar. When an appt time arrives, I get two notifications. I think one is the Samsung calendar. How do I turn off the Samsung calendar notifications?

Pretty sure you can go in your Samsung Calendar and make sure you don't have calendars checked/selected then there won't be any events so no notifications. Or there maybe a setting in that calendar to turn off I can't check since I don't have a Samsung.

Thanks. Turned off Samsung Calendar notifications and all notifications from both calendars stopped. Turned Samsung Calendar notifications back on and so far it looks like only the Google Calendar notifications are popping up. I'll keep monitoring the notifications.
