Duplicate Photos

So something weird started the other day. I just got my thunderbolt last Friday and the first few pictures I took were fine.
So when I take a picture now and I browse them I see duplicates but when I look at the phone all see single pictures.

Anyone one seeing this issue or have had this issue?
It is pretty annoying.

I know when my fiancee had a Droid 2 she noticed the same thing. One was the actual full size phone and the other was a little smaller version of the same picture, my guess is it's a "preview" version of the picture. Haven't noticed it on my T-Bolt, but to be honest I haven't looked.

Yea I tried flushing the gallery app but still nothing.
Works fine for the first few days now this. So weird.
