I rooted my phone and I noticed I had duplicate stock ringtones. Is there a way to delete them??? Please help

I tried factory resetting and clearing my cache and etc but still have duplicate ringtones.. someone please help...

understood, but if you have them on your SD card and locally, that might explain why they show up twice in the list?

Only one of my ringtones, "Facebook Pop" has duplicated, and its because it was on my SD card and then on my phone...

right, i understand this, so remove your memory card, and check and see if they are still duplicated.

when you have your phone plugged into the computer, mount the SD card, and use your computer to explore the files on the SD card, and when you find them, delete them.

It may be part of the ROM you are using. Is it that much of a bother to you? If so, change the file name so it doesnt appear as a duplicate ;)

I guess not so much... I found it inside update. can i just delete the whole update???

What update is it in? Try using astro and explore to the folder from your device and delete it.

Ah, well that may just be something that occurs with flashing to a new ROM. Like I said, I have a duplicate as well. But I never notice unless I am changing a ringtone which is like well um never for me.
