You can worry about it if you want but I personally wouldn’t even bother to think about it, whatever it is.

Sounds like you tried to download an image at one point, but perhaps the network hiccupped or something (not unheard of) to cause it to fail. In the following two years, that file was removed or the link broken, which would prevent you from trying to restart the download.

I wouldn't worry about it.

What about the timestamp (its the same as the day of download) is it normal thing to find it in the file name???

The file name would be set by the person that created the file, and sometimes appended by the website it was loaded to. For example, when I upload a photo to another forum I'm on, the site will append the name of the thread I'm posting to on the end of the image file name I gave it. So this sort of naming structure isn't out of the ordinary.
