Dust in the Front Facing Camera

Has anyone else had this happen? I've only been using it since Friday. Got it brand new from Motorola. And it looks like there's a white piece of dust behind the glass in front of the Front Facing Camera. Not sure if I should attempt to get it exchanged through Moto. I'm afraid that it'll move around and block the camera and cause issues down the road, but at the same time, I don't want a refurb. And this is the white 64gb, which they haven't had in stock for awhile.

No issue for me. I would try using compressed air can with the thin straw tip and see if you can direct it into the earpiece and hope it moves it out of the way. I've had this on other devices and it drives me crazy if I can't get it out. Goodluck.

I'm not even sure how I could try that, though. Not sure where I'd aim it! I wish I knew how it got in there.

Probably got in there during assembly at the factory. I would just gently blow I to the earpiece microphone and see if that somehow has any "connection" to the front camera and can move the piece of dust out of the way?

With the canned air if the speaker and camera at all have any sense of airflow, it may jolt the dust. Another option is a vacuum cleaner hose over the ear piece, may pull the dust out, but I don't know if it would damage the speaker if its too strong of a suction? Any progress let us know. Goodluck.
