DX LCD Screen Replacement

Has anyone ordered a replacement LCD screen from EBAY and successfully installed it? I would like to do this before I pay the 100 dollar Asurion deductible...

I would take my early upgrade but theres nothing on the market that I desire....

I have changed my DX screen twice because of dead pixels. It was really easy, but you have to be timid and intricate. The only part i didn't like was removing the black tape off of the connecters, but after that it's pretty easy. Only thing is i found the sceen acted a little weird after changing it until i did a system wipe. After that though it was great.
