Guys, please help.
I have the phone for about 3 weeks now, yesterday I think it ran out of battery but when I turn it on while plugged it says "failed to boot 2, starting RSD mode". I did a research but came up with hard reset option from the motorola website. It worked fine for about 3 hours until I started using it, hangs-up, resets and now comes back to "failed to boot 2....". I didn't do anything harmful to the device aside from few apps. Any ideas here? Is this defective?
My phone is still under motorola warranty, is it something they can do something about?
