So since the latest update, I am having all kinds of issues.
Is there a way to revert back to the prev version? I keep loosing shortcuts and it is removing icons..

Unless you have a backup or there's an option in the market...no.

perhaps if you hit "view developer web page" in the market you'll be able to fine previous versions?
