That Dev is going to remotely wipe your device

They already chased me away with the constant pop-ups to leave a review. I left one with 2 stars because of the pop-ups. I'll revisit the app at a later time to see if that goes away.

I only tried it because it's different. I've never owned an iPhone and don't have any desire to get one.

IMO apple used the camera cutout and made it useful. It was one of the things I liked.

I installed Dynamic Notch to one of my tablets just to get a feel for it. FOMO got the best of me.

I was surprised at the amount of options & customizations.
Pretty impressive.

But the 'Rate Me' prompt. It's more than a little irritating.

I have mine set up to run quick menu and I also have it set to notch clickable while hidden for quick access to quick menu.


Look what happened this morning when I used it.

When a person pays to not get ads that is what I exactly expect, no ads. So irritating, this developer seems to be a little iffy, sneaking ads in like that.

I contacted the developer about the pop ups popping up whendlong accessing the quick menu by touching the camera hole I reported above. He responded rather fast and said those are not ads, they are new features of the app, which two of them looked that way but one doesn't to me.

I responded asking him to give us the option to turn that off and just put a red dot on the menu button drop down inside the app as he has a what's new section in there now. The whole idea of accessing the quick app thru the camera hole is to do it quickly, having to clear out what looks like a ad defeats the quick point and annoys the ones that paid for no ads and get these that look like ads. Just give people the option to turn on or off, options are good and what usually what makes android different then apple.

I noticed that also. I'll let you handle that one, lol. He needs to set up separate settings for outside and inside screen.

He has not responded to my request for option to turn off new feature notifications thru the camera hole.

I'm debating about going back to dynamic hole. That does not create a second hole on inside screen. I am pretty sure it allows separate strong for each screen. Seems like I had to set up separate things on each screen.

Edit this.. There are not separate settings for each screen. I can add a permanent punch if I want to or the notification just pops out of nowhere on inside screen.

Which 2 holes you talking about below. You can turn both off if you don't use the quick menu option

I spoke with the Dev for the Fold 7 and asked to show a picture of the double notch and responded by saying he will fix this just take some time.
