E: failed to load cache/invalid argument HP 10 w/ 4.4.2 android

[Android Central Question]

My HP 10 tablet loses the setup info each time it’s turned off.
I have tried restore, cache wipe still same problem. The tablet operates normally other than i have to put in all my info each time I start it .
Help please
