since I'm new to android looking for the best email app i have the white envelope with red @ sign and a g mail icon in a folder which one is better.

The first app is the 'stock' e-mail app, and you can add any type of account in there. Is very feature rich, but not very customizable and some people just don't like how it looks.

The second app is the GMail app, which works best for GMail accounts if you want to take full advantage of GMail, but can also add POP3/IMAP accounts (like Yahoo, Outlook.com, Hotmail, etc.). For the GS6 in particular, however, you can't add Exchange accounts 'natively' to GMail, just to the stock e-mail app, and you can add them to GMail only if your server supports POP3 (not all do). If you have this kind of account, I'd suggest you stick to the stock e-mail for that one.

^This.

The big issue I have with the stock app is you can't delete more than one email at a time.

Of course u can. Just long press the first email then check off the other ones u want to delete. Then hit the delete tab on top. I do it all the time.

I've checked out several email apps on the Google Play Store and also the Samsung S6 email app, and I always come back to the Gmail App for my daily use.

Type or blue mail (both are about the same. ) They are the best I've found.
