e sim only hard pass

Until Samsung moves to eSIM only soon in the US, could happen with S26 series now that both Google and Apple are eSIM only.

And then you'll be left with OnePlus only. I don't think they'll change to eSIM only anytime soon.

I don't like it but pretty much all my devices are eSim , I find T-Mobile easier to transfer between devices but Att isn't so easy.

How do you transfer eSims especially without calling customer care?
Put the devices next to each other on same Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on and either a message pops up do you want to transfer eSim or go into settings>connection>eSim and follow from that menu

How would that work if I were to use the new iPhone 16 for some time and I wanted to go back and use my Samsung Galaxy s24 which has a physical SIM, how would that work without calling customer care?

That I'm not sure I'm doing eSim to eSim you might have to call but T-Mobile chat support in the app is pretty quick to do that.

Once you move from physical to eSIM, it'll deactivate the physical SIM and the physical SIM cannot be reused. You'll need a new physical SIM to move back from eSIM to a physical SIM every time.

If you are constantly moving between eSIM-only devices and another device with a physical/eSIM slot, it's better to use eSIM on both.

Yeah exactly but I think if you went to eSim then wanted to go back to sim card you just give the numbers on that sim card to customer service agent in chat or call but last year and this year it's been all eSim
