There have been some Galaxy Buds 3 Pro quality control issues, and Samsung has decided to temporarily halt their pre-orders in South Korea.

I only found out this afternoon about the problems with the pro 3 buds, I'd been waiting patiently for mine to be delivered today but now I'll have to wait

It's tough to have to wait, but it's probably better than having to pack up a defective pair & sending them back.

Got mine today, no issues swapping out different size earbud cushions which seems to be the issue. Amazing sound over my Buds 2 but I'll keep an eye out on what Sammy is doing to address the issue in case I need to get some help. So far so good though...

I got a email from Bestbuy a little while ago saying my silver buds 3 pro pick up date went from 7/24 to 8/24. Oh well. I can wait. Ain't like I ain't got almost every other samsung buds to use lol. Now as long as they don't delay my flip and fold 6 and watch ultra lol. Well least the phones.

My wife and I received our Buds 3 Pros today. No problem with the eartips. However, I took care in removing them because I'd read an article earlier this week about someone tearing their tip while removing it. Our Buds sound and works great with our S24 Ultras.

Same here. There is a support document on Samsung on replacing/removing the cushions correctly which they should probably make more public via social media.

You invert the cushion, grab the base and gently snap off. Installing is the reverse which requires a good alignment with the bud speaker and listen for the snap/click .

The info was up on BGR ( Boy Genius Report).

Once I installed correctly, the ear fit tool in the Wear App indicated a correct fit.

I haven't received the email yet, but I also preorderd from Samsung for BB pickup. My Buds2Pro are good though. I also have the Bose QC + or something, but I always gravitate to the seamless experience of Samsung.

I like Buds live (beans) a lot. Unfortunate Samsung didn't create a followup. Tried pixel buds and Samsung buds 2 pro but nothing feels light and good for me (I know noise canceling is difficult to implement with this design).

I was wearing them all day today. It's very comfy and has great sound—the adaptive needs some improvement, as well as the Ambience mode.

I have no issues with the reported silicone buds.

I think it's happening more in KOREA, I think. As mine are fine. I had to yank hard on the ones pre-installed to change to a different size and they didn't tear, I checked.

Got the Buds 3 Pro, and got to say they sound amazing. And I say this, having all other earbuds like air pods pro, pixel buds pro and many other.

Super comfortable in the ear and amazing sound. I hated the Buds 2 Pro from a comfort wise. The air pods shape fit great in my ear and glad Samsung ripped off that design

I have the buds live , buds pro 2 and pixel buds , the live fit well but the pro and pixel buds sound was better waiting on the buds 3 pro

When you have the BP3, make sure to enable wideband 16k. OMG....
