Ear speaker noise

There's a rattle/crackle noise in the ear piece speaker of my bionic. Does anybody else have that issue? Is there anyway to fix this or do i have to go and exchange it at a verizon store?

I get noise in between songs on Pandora, and when a song is not playing in the music app, but seems ok while playing music. I was hoping it would be addressed by a software update.

I'm not talking about the speaker that plays media. I'm talking about the speaker that you use while on a call. It sounds like a blown speaker. I've heard and read about the noises that are in muic play back. This isn't the same speaker.

Yes. The most obnoxious thing I've ever had to deal with. And no one will do anything about it.
