earjack not working after Call Recorder Cube ACR install

My music files play when the earpiece is not plugged in. The volume is up and active for media. The ear piece works on other devices but not on my galaxy s8 after installing a call recording ap. Anyone know if that ap could have changed settings and if so, what they ae, where i find them and what i set them to? i already tried a factory reset

Welcome to Android Central! So after the factory reset, did you reinstall the call recorder? Does this also happen in Safe Mode? https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/android/samsung-galaxy-s8/safe-mode-samsung-galaxy-s8

It might be coincidence -- have you made sure the headphone jack is clear of any debris?
