Early Upgrade Options

HELP!! My wife has gone through 3 GNex's (cracked screens, ghost charging, etc). Asurion replaced the 3rd one with a LG Spectrum. Terrible phone, can't get WiFi 1 floor above router, but gets 3 bars across the house!?! Anyways, she likes my Droid Maxx, but liked the Moto X even better. Problem is she doesn't qualify for an upgrade til Aug 2014. We have a Share Everything plan (not unlimited) with only 2 lines active. Besides buying the phone outright, is there ANY option out there for me?

I'd go into a store and ask for an alternative replacement to the Spectrum. Even if that means paying a discounted rate (let this be the last option) so you don't pay full amount of the device. It's hard to say if they will work with you. But it never hurts to walk into a store and ask the question.
