Earphone of motoxplay after upgradation to Android 7 not working

[Android Central Question]

Moto X Play upgraded Android to latest 7 .1 version. But earphones not working. Headphone and speaker mode working. I am not able to hear anything without headphone or Speaker mode.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that the earpiece speaker doesn't work when you're on a call?
