Not sure this will be everyone's cup of tea since it taps into the fingerprint reader (and we all know how paranoid we like to be about our fingerprints hehe), but if you can swallow that pill, then this is quite neat!

Plus you don't lose any functionality. Everything else still works.

Hope they develop it further and can assign different actions to tap, long-tap, like app shortcuts or maybe link to Tasker for more complex stuff.
