eBooks onto HTC Inspire

I need some help: I recently bought the HTC Inspire and I need helping getting my eBooks transferred onto it. Previously on my iPod Touch, I would use Calibre to convert them into ePUB format and then upload them and read them on the Stanza App.

How do I go about doing this on the Android OS?

Also, are there any ways I can watch a video, close it, and then come back to it and have it start where I left off last? Every time I watch a movie (from my SD Micro) and come back to it I have to try and find where I was last.

Try aldiko from the market. Install, then copy your epuns into the import folder created on your sd card as a subfolder in the ebooks folder. Then open aldiko and select import.

The nook app also reads ebooks in a similiar manner.
