EC05 Based ROM's

Is EC05 just EB13 with SprintID added in? I am currently running TER 1.5 and would like to reflash to a newer based ROM. I like to find something and stay with it. Since TER is not getting any updates, I have no problem going to another tree. If EC05 and EB13 are the same, I can flash now. If they are different, I will wait.

To my knowledge, noone really has any information on this yet. Should be known once the release happens next week and we get a better changelog for the update.

yes no one really knows yet until the update comes out. if it has other fixes then the roms might have to be updated slightly.

I would think sometime between now and Monday morning Sprint/Sammy will be releasing some sort of updated statement on exactly what is happening with the EC05 update. If trends follow the same as EB13 then we could even see EC05 pop up on Sammy's servers Sunday...

ACE has a similar feel to TER, but is definitely its own rom, and runs better on eb13 than TER does (tho i've heard of people getting it to work... i couldn't make it run correctly and didnt want to fidget with it). Im glad i stepped up to eb13/ACE/twilight
