Echo dot 3rd Edish and Samsung Smart TV

Anyone know how to tie the echo dot to a Samsung 65 inch smart TV?

The TV has to have the Alexa App. If you have Dish, the Hopper has the App and it controls turning TV on, changing channels, pause, resume, fast forward and rewind.
