Echo when using headphones

I purchase Symphonized NRG Headphones with mic from Amazon

The other person on the call hears an echo whenever they speak when using these. If I switch headphones there is no issue, if I use the headphones with another phone there is no issue - so it seems there is an incompatibility between this brand and the s10

Possibly. Do you have Dolby Atmos enabled? Perhaps there is an incompatibility with your phone's audio settings.

Assuming it communicates well with other Bluetooth devices than yes, its either compatibility or an issue with the specific unit you purchased.
