Edge Lighting Not work even though turned on with S10

Edge Lighting is turned on, notifications set to sound and pop up, contacted Samsung, was told to reset settings which I did. Still nothing. Also, I can't get my screen to wake up when a text comes in. So maddening with all the settings on here.

I have for all apps notifications , I see you have 2 only

Yes, because I only want it for Texts and voice mail. I thought you could select which apps? Too many settings on this S10! I have those apps selected, which are not 3rd party apps.

Ok...then I'm going ask you reset app preference in settings >apps tap it >3 dots upper right corner tap > scroll to reset app preference see if this helps

Do you have a 3rd party launcher installed? They can sometimes get in the way of this.

Hey i was having the problem too. Mine was working out of the box. As usual i went and turned off settings as i usually do. I was playing around and came across a feature called "Remove Animations" If that is set to "on" you won't see the edge lighting. I turned it off and now edge lighting works normal again
