Edge panel issue

So I have been fiddling around with different apps/settings and decided to reset all app settings to default and voila, quick tools edge panel is now working.
I never actually got to find out which app caused the issue though but it's a fix for anyone else with this issue.

Great to know. I don't use the Quick Tools panel but activated it just to see. Mine worked fine.
