Edit: Resolved with build update and waiting several hours.
Last week I got a new motorola edge plus but had to get a warranty replacement after several days due to a defective screen. Verizon was better than excellent in handling the warranty replacement. As of right now I have both phones.
The new phone is missing some functions of the Edge Touch feature, which is a little section in the side that has several really cool swiping and double-tapping gestures.
I thought the culprit was the build, as the new phone was older than the the original. I updated to QPB30.188.43 so both phones are now the same, but the replacement phone is still missing the Edge Touch app in Settings, and missing the swiping functions. All it does is turn on/off the edge wrapping by double-tapping.
Any knowledge base on this?
