Edges both lit up bllue on Note 7

Laying here wity spotify playing, phone upside down so screen is on my chest. Then both edges lit up blue. Didn't get call or text but it was a deeper blue than that anyway. When I picked phone up, blue was on just the edges and disappeared and went back to always on display.

Mine does the same thing constantly, if I set it face down the edges flash blue every so often, every time I pick it up and check for notifications and there are none. I was actually checking these forums to see if anyone else has experienced this.
