Edit a Word Doc on an S6 Lite

How do I get a doc saved in Word (Win 10), to my s6 Lite where I can not only edit but also write on it with my stylus?

I know there has to be a way. Please give step by step instructions for the tech impaired . Thanks in advance!

Are you trying to draw over the document with the S Pen, or just convert handwriting to text? If the latter, I think you should be able to edit a Word document in Google Docs an use the S Pen to enter text. But I'm not sure if you can do the former in Docs. (Sorry, I don't have that tablet, so I'm just relying on what I found on the web.)

What about the Office app? Although you would need to have office 365 to edit
