Edit Recent/Split Screen button

So on Marshmallow it was press to open recent apps option and hold to to open the split screen (multi window) option.

Now after the Nougat update its press or hold to open the recent apps. Both does the same thing...

Any way to change it. I liked the hold for split screen, easier to pick apps than the current (Nougurt) way. Also having press/hold do the same thing is kinda useless.



And another thing is you cant resize the split (one bigger than the other) any more in landscape mode.

So far i think Samsung's multi window is better than the Nougats one.

You have to (re)enable split-screen in order to get the "long press to open split screen" option back. Probably because it's now part of Nougat rather than a Samsung feature.

It's in Settings > Advanced Features > Multi Window.

I actually don't know how to even do split screen without this option enabled.

yeah ended up finding that one but that's for if you already have something open...the Samsung one you could do it from the main screen. Eh...guess i'll just get used to it.
