Either Chrome or Boat Browser... SAVE Tab Settings?

So I'm using both browsers... where is the setting to save your Tabs to open where you left them after closing?
Like on a desktop ya know.

dont know about boat browser. In chrome you close the browser by pressing home button and open chrome later the previously opened tab will retain and will start where you left off.

so the chrome question is obsolete.
