besides ics it has nothing over the 1st one. its nothing but a low budget razr

Well, it actually has a nicer screen, better battery life (aside from maxx), smaller bezels, and an overall much more appealing (opinion) appearance, on screen buttons, as well as a stronger speaker.

id still never take it over the 1st one. im actually disappointed my electrify is kicking the bucket. if i had the cash id buy another in a heartbeat.
