You submitted September 7. I submitted on the 15th. The emails told me mine would ship the week of November 13th. We still have a few weeks to go I'm thinking.

I did mine on Sept 6. My email said it would ship the week of 9/27. But I'm not going call til my 8 weeks are up. When I check status thru email it says sent, congrats, Been processed, freebie be expected to ship in 6 to 8 weeks. When I check Samsung shop app it says review in progress. So I'm just going to wait and see til 8 weeks from when mine was excepted.

Yeah I did charger and sd card as well. I was thinking maybe because they had a lot of people choosing that one. But seeing how people that did it the same time as me or people that did it later that have it before me makes me think they don't do it first come first serve. I don't know. But I'll be calling when my 8 weeks is up. Last year they had to send out the 256gb sd card from note7 3 times. 1st they put my city state and zipcode but not street address and FedEx sent it back when after calling me to verify address. Samsung sent it again, FedEx took it to a couple streets over with same house number and simular street name so someone got a free sd card. Samsung sent it again and I finally got it. Didnt have problem with vr tho. Anyways will see how it goes I guess. Lol

You had to buy the phone before September 24th to be eligible.

I submitted my claim for the gift on September 26, but not shipping until November 19th. Not at all sure how Samsung decides when your gift will ship. Have patience I guess.

That's not bad. I signed up for my card/charger Sept 7 and only have a notice saying it will ship 11/19-11/26

Here also Sept 6th for mine suppose to ship between Nov 19th to Nov 26th. Wife's done on Sept 10 she got hers month and half ago. wondering if ill even get anything when I signed up it said 6 to 8 weeks not 10 weeks to maybe ship.
