Good question. I would say because you are no longer using the BIS/BES account through your carrier anymore. But I could be totally wrong.

Where's my email RIM? I'm probably waiting on them to do a battery pull on their mail server so it can be delivered properly. Or maybe it just ran out of memory.

Wish I would get it, they would get an ear full.

I got the email too. Sorry RIM if you had said 5 minutes I might have done it. Also the chance at being one of the first thousand or whatever it was to complete the survey for a 25 dollar gift card just wasn't incentive enough.
