Email Accounts Won't Update/Sync since Security update 11/9/15 on Nexus ^P

Email updates were working great until Security Update.
I noticed that the date 11/9/15 was the last date I was able to Sync my Gmail or Hotmail accounts. I've checked settings and everything looks good. I've tried with and without Wifi.
Any other users having this issue?
Has anyone found a fix?
I've even tried in Safe Mode. There I get, Unfortunately Google Play Services has Stopped when I try to check my email.
Verizon is my Provider.

FOLLOW-UP: Couldn't get anything to work. Did a Factory Reboot and everything appears to be working.
Hope this is helpful to anyone else experiencing this issue.

Have you cleared cache? Just a thought.
