Ok so the device Imm on is a different address when I logged in here [personal info removed by Mod] was an account I deactivated

Probably best thing to do is to contact community@futurenet.com and explain the issue with them

@19sher61 I have looked into your issue and the only account I find is the one you posted this question from: 19sher61.

I do not find any history of an account using the first (old) email you said was deactivated. If that account is still showing up on your device, please open up the browser you use on that device and delete the cookies and cache to clear out any old data that may be getting pulled up.
