Set up Gmail with no problem, but have run into one trying to set up Note email app. When I set it up to sync with Gmail, it begins downloading all emails into Note inbox. Do you know how I can limit the email sync to only the Gmail inbox?

I've set up Gmail with different folders for email and keep the inbox small. The Note begins downloading the oldest emails first, no matter what Gmail folder they are in. It usually times out syncing at around 300 emails. I have thousands in my Gmail account. At this rate, the Note email system will never catch up.

Can't understand your question..maybe you should rephrase?

@35fan: We would be glad to help, but your question needs a little more clarity. I can't quite grasp what exactly the concerns might be? Please try to restate the question.

OK, I'll try again. My Gmail has over 6000 messages in different folders. I believe in Gmail they're really just tagged differently, not in actual folders. When I start the sync with Note email program, it syncs the oldest messages first. So the Note email inbox starts filling up with old messages. I want it to only sync my Gmail inbox, not the other folders I have in Gmail.
Hope that helps.

I agree with you. Just thought l'd try the Note email. It would be nice to take advantage of the split screen apps.

I thought the same thing, but you can't get any better integration than the GMail app. I do like the tweaks Samsung did the the Email app though, and the multiscreen is nice.
