Email App Settings, App Associations Resetting

Does anyone have this issue? Add an ActiveSync account to the email app. All is well, then 5 minutes later it resets all the settings to 15 second poll during peak and 1 hour during non-peak, with the nice side effect that your Default App Associations also get reset to factory defaults (i.e. Location for Addresses opening up in Footprints, Chrome Beta opening up Search Results instead of the default browser).

I have like 8 days to return this phone and I'm seriously considering doing so, because I need to use that email app (they don't let us blanket forward our work email to gmail, nevermind the issues it can cause recieving at one address and replying from another).

Is this just an issue with my device or is it an issue with the FW and something everyone is experiencing?

Well the phone just reset all of my keyboard settings, set Google Play Music as my default streaming audio player, and other assorted things.

Also seems to be turning WiFi on randomly, when I'm 100% sure I had turned it off.

Taking it back tomorrow.
