Email attachment too large to download

[Android Central Question]

I have a 11MB PDF in my work email using the stock note 9 email app when I try to download the file it says "Unable to download. File size too large."

I forwarded the email to my personal Gmail account and can open the attachment on my phone with no problem in the Gmail app.

Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?

In the email app you use for the work account, check the settings for downloading attachments. Often times there is a setting for "large attachments only on wifi".
