Email difficulty s4 vs Outlook

Hi all,
My S4 is causing some pain with Outlook. Outlook cannot receive messages citing "account is locked by another session". I can send email fine, but it won't receive. This problem started when I got my s4 a few weeks ago. What setting should I be looking for on my phone to stop this from happening? I have tried unchecking "sync email" for that particular account, when trying to sync with Outlook but that doesn't seem to have helped.

The email provider is Telus, if that makes a difference.

Are you using pop 3 settings on the phone? Use imap settings instead and that will resolve your issue. To make things easier I would use it on both your phone and outlook and I verified that imap email protocol is available for telus customers.
