Email error - Not enough space in device storage. Delete some files. How can I fix it?

Email error - "Not enough space in device storage. Delete some files."

I just added an 8G SD card yesterday, and I moved a boatload of music files over to it (I didn't have that many to begin with). Now suddenly, when I go to check my email I'm getting the error "Not enough space in device storage. Delete some files." Huh? I wasn't get this error even *before* I moved those files over! What the h*ll is going on?! I feel like I just wasted money on buying extra space. I'm also starting to regret buying this Samsung Galaxy. I've been fighting this space-issues problem for a week now. And believe me, I don't have that much data on this 16G phone. Please don't suggest deleting some files, because I've already deleteted to the bare bones minimum.
