That is what's nice about motorola. Fyi to testers stay active in private forums and return your maxx to 100% pure stock or your update will fail. You will loose root. But oh well

Ummm the NDA only covers the actual update, not the invite to the soak test, which everyone is receiving tonight. lol

What do you define as "private" forum?

After submitting a completed survey, if you are accepted as a soak tester, you'll receive another email with a link to a private forum to use for your comments/questions during the soak. Moto will set their forums so that the testers can read but not post comments to the regular forums.

alright. im sorry for being childish. but if forums where not so filled with a bunch of fake crap, maybe some things would be taken for what they are. my apologies, ya jerk. like i said, im just trying to give people a little heads up, a reminder that it is coming, not an "oh look at me" couldnt care less if it were me or joe blow down the street. if you dont have anything productive to contribute then GTFO

To me its not about ICS, its about this ugly cycle of every other month something new comes out that is marginally better than last months, but it is the new hottest thing. So the "hottest thing" we bought is forgotten about, and left out in the cold. I posted what i did because i wanted people to know we have not been forgotten.

Within a day usually. Droid-life is saying the soak test will begin the 22nd and as long as no issues come up a full launch the 27th

The email was very specific about responding quickly to be picked, so i would agree it should be soon.
