Hopefully you guys will know real quick. I'm trying to set up my email from my website and it asks for domain. If in put in the site address, it doesn't work. What is the "domain" mean?

None of you tech guys know huh? I'm frustrated with this crap. The option is Microsoft exchange. I input my email and password. The email starts with "info" which then converts to my user name. Then it asks for domian. I enter site name ..it fails. What am I doing wrong????

I am semi techy and the terms "Web site" and "email" and "crap" are all completely different, to me. ;)If you mean you want to add an email account, don't use settings accounts. Use email app menu> add account.

You say your trying to setup email from your website but then you say your setting it as microsoft exchange...Do you have an exchange server? You will likely find if its for your website domain it will be POP3 (Post Office Protocol ver3) if so then you need 4 things.
User: usually your email address with or without the domain (bill.gates@microturd.com or bill.gates)
Password: self explanetary
POP3 server: will be for your domain or the domain host may use a central one it all depends on how they've set the DNS up (pop3.microturd.com or mail.yourdomainhost.com)
SMTP Server: follows the same pattern as pop will either be your domain or centralized by the host. You may also find your ISP has one you can use, get a user authenticated one if you can rather than IP restricted as you wont be able to use that unless your on your own broadband. Or your mobile carrier will probably offer one too.

If you need any more help PM me
