Email issue....sync?

Hi folks, been awhile.......Just upgraded to an S7 from a 5. Transfer all went well but for one issue. Email doesn't show in phone unless I manually go and download/check it. Under the email account under settings, it shows "master sync is disabled". I assume thats it but I don't see anywhere to enable it. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

Also it would be nice sync every 5 min, instead if 15, which is smallest number it shows?

Pull down the notification bar using 2 fingers. You will see the toggle for sync there.

Thanks! Is there anyway to change email sync to say 5 min instead of 15? That seems to be the shortest time, 15min
