I have the Galaxy S3 GT 19300 android 4.3
For about the past year I get notifications of emails. Let's say I get 3. The phone tells me it's downloading mails then none of them display. Other times it will show 1 or 2 of the emails but not the others. Is this a phone issue or my ISP? Any ideas please.
