Email Launcher - how do I remove it and restore my original settings

I just installed Email Launcher from the Google Play Store on my new phone. It's really mucked it up - I can't even find Settings! Has anyone got a suggestion as to how I can remove it. Restoring my original is probably a hard ask, but any suggestions would help (e.g. I've lost my contacts).

You're unable to uninstall the app in the Settings>Apps menu? Or from that app's page in the Play Store app?

I also can't find that app in the Play Store. Are you talking about this one? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=email.homescreen.launcher.mailapp

Thanks for your quick reply, B.Diddy. I'm impressed.

Firstly, I have lost the Settings icon from my main screen (and my 2nd screen has disppeared with about 5 apps' icons loaded).
Secondly, Email Launcher is what it identifies itself as on my device. It's called Email Home on Google Play (my apologies, I wasn't aware of the different naming until I just checked), and it doesn't offer an Uninstall option on G.P.

I'm sort of going around in circles, here!

Sorry, I'm rather green at these things. I've just accessed the app in G.P, rather than seeing it in a list with "Installed" and "Open" options, and the Uninstall option became available. I've done this and have my original screens back. I'll now work on my Contacts, etc.
