Email not synchronizing after updating with 4.4.3

My email (Hotmail) account is not working. Separate GMail continues to work. Tried clearing the cache and switching on and off. Not sure how to uninstall. Appreciate any help

Thats what I would recommend is uninstalling/removing your hotmail account and then logging back into it.

Next question is how do you go about accessing your hotmail?

Thanks I select the Email app which is assigned to Hotmail.
Seem unable to uninstall. Have tried through Settings/APPs/All/Email/
appreciate the help.
