Email problems

I'm having trouble with my Facsinate, it is very slow recieving emails. My desktop recieves email very quickly but the Facsinate sometimes won't show recieved emails for 12 hours or more latter than on the desktop. When I open the email application on the phone and hit refresh it goes into refresh mode but most times no new emails are found. If I power the phone down and pull the battery then it loads new emails. Why do I have to do a battery pull to get emails to load? I thought I would be done with doing battery pulls when I got ride of the BB Storm.

Email sync is a common issue with the standard email app. I would highly recommend checking out k-9 mail as an alternative. It has solved this very issue for many people along with being smoother/having more features overall as well.
