Email Question

Guys, did a quick search and didn't find anything that directly answered this question though I may have missed it. My phone is nicely synching with my gmail accounts. On my computers and my old pre, whenever I delete an email in gmail, it goes back to a list of all of the emails in the account and I can then select the next email I want to read. On the Evo, deleting a message immediately kicks me into the next message. I'd rather it go back to the main list. Any way to change this? Thanks.

If you use GMAIL APP it does what you want, I believe

That behavior is determined by your email client. What are you using to get your mail? Have you checked the prefs to see if there's an option?

Thanks guys. Using gmail, and it appears if I access my mail via the gmail app, when I delete an email it kicks me back to the inbox. If I use the gmail shortcuts to my individual gmail accounts, when I delete an email it automatically opens the next email and I haven't found a way to change that. Guess I'll be accessing via the app.
