Emailing Google Photos on P3

My previous HTC and LG phones allowed me to reduce file size when emailing or texting photos, so I could send 250k instead of the 10 MB original, for example. I am using Google Photos and cannot find an option to reduce file size when sending photos. Am I just not finding it or do they expect me to send big photo files? Thanks!

It's not the phone that reduces the file size when mailing or texting, it's the email or text app that's used.

Thanks, Gary! Using Bluemail for the first time and it appeared that it was sending full-size pix but I found the settings and it asked when sending if I wanted to reduce file size. Textra also has a setting for that.
