Emails disappearing

I use the stock email app for work on my galaxy s5 and after about 24 hours of receiving an email, it will disappear. I have poured over the settings and just can't find a setting that will stop this from happening. Any and all suggestions welcome.

Go into Settings, then your email account, then your account settings, and you'll find you can set sync and download frequency. If you've tried this and it's no go, I'm afraid I've got nothing.

(It's my guess it disappears because you're set to 24hr frequency.)

Thanks! That's what I thought too. But it shouldn't delete the emails.

I spent the afternoon looking for another app that would allow for Microsoft Exchange emails. I finally found one and when I set it all up with the server info, lo and behold there were all my emails just sitting there.

I guess I'll just use that app.
