emails not syncing

My road runner and hotmail emails are not auto sync. Can any one point me in the right direction as to what settings should be and what else I might try.

I don't know about roadrunner, but for hotmail goto Settings-Accounts & sync-select the hotmail account-Send & receive-Update schedule. Then set your settings as you wish.
